Pro is $297 and adds the AI voice agent with 100 minutes of AI calls a month (resets monthly, no rollover; not unlimited; minutes above that are billed at $0.30 a minute), job photos posted to Facebook, Instagram and Google every 2 weeks, and a monthly promo text to up to 300 customers who opted in. More posts, promos or a bigger promo list are add-ons, quoted before we send them. No setup fee. Texting is included (500 texts a month on Core, 1,000 on Pro); anything over it, including texts you send yourself, is billed on your next monthly invoice to the card on file at our standard rate. Cancel any month (no refund for part months); your first 30 days live are covered by the money-back guarantee.
Do I keep my phone number?
Yes. Your customers keep calling the number they already know. We either set up texting on that number, which stays with your carrier, or you forward unanswered calls to a line we set up for you. Your number is always yours, and if we ever move it to run the service, we transfer it to any carrier you choose whenever you ask.
How many texts are included?
500 texts a month on Core and 1,000 on Pro, including the monthly promo. A long text that the carrier splits into parts counts as one per part. Anything over the allowance is billed on your next monthly invoice to the card on file at our standard rate.
Who owns the website if I cancel?
You do. If you cancel, we hand over your website's files and help you move it to your own hosting at no charge. Your domain, your text and photos, and your customer list are yours too.
