Terms of Service

1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using FoxDevLabs's services ("Services"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use our Services.

2. Services

FoxDevLabs provides development-as-a-service including but not limited to: website development, AI system development, workflow automation, and custom application development. Services are delivered on a subscription basis as described on our pricing page.

3. Free Build

New clients may be eligible for one complimentary build ("Free Build"). The Free Build is limited to one per client or business entity. FoxDevLabs reserves the right to determine eligibility and scope of the Free Build. The deliverable from a Free Build is yours to keep regardless of whether you subscribe.

4. Billing & Pricing

All prices are listed and billed in United States Dollars (USD). If you are located outside the United States, your payment provider may apply currency conversion fees, which are your responsibility.

Monthly subscriptions are billed monthly with no minimum commitment. You may pause or cancel your subscription at any time. Pausing freezes your billing — no charges are incurred while paused. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing cycle. Refunds are available within the first 30 days of any paid subscription ("30-Day Money-Back Guarantee").

Third-party costs such as API fees, hosting infrastructure, domain registrations, and other external services required by your project are your responsibility and are not included in FoxDevLabs subscription fees.

5. Intellectual Property & Code Ownership

All code, designs, and deliverables created for you as part of our Services are your property. Upon delivery, you receive full ownership and rights to all work product. FoxDevLabs may use general techniques and knowledge gained during the engagement but will not reuse your specific code or designs for other clients.

6. Revisions

All subscription plans include unlimited revisions on deliverables. Revisions must relate to the original scope of the request. Significant scope changes may be treated as a new request.

7. Delivery Timeline

We aim to deliver within the timeframes stated on our pricing page (5 days for Starter, 48 hours for Growth, 24 hours for Scale). These are targets, not guarantees. Complex requests may require additional time, which we will communicate proactively.

8. Post-Cancellation

After cancellation, we provide 30 days of continued hosting for any projects we are hosting, full file and code export, and migration assistance if needed. After the 30-day transition period, hosting services will be discontinued unless separately arranged.

9. Limitation of Liability

FoxDevLabs's total liability for any claims arising from the Services shall not exceed the amount paid by you in the 3 months preceding the claim. FoxDevLabs is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

10. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify active subscribers of material changes via email. Continued use of our Services after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
