This addendum forms part of the Terms of Service between you (the client) and FoxDevLabs. It covers the personal information about your customers that we handle for you while running the service. You agree to it when you agree to the Terms; nothing needs to be signed. If you would like a signed copy for your records, email [email protected].
You decide why and how your customers' information is used. We process it only to provide the service to you. In privacy law terms, you are the business or organization responsible for it, and we are your service provider (sometimes called a processor).
Only people who need access to do the work can see it, and they are bound to keep it confidential. Information is encrypted in transit, and our provider accounts use multi-factor authentication. No system is perfectly secure, but we take reasonable steps suited to the information involved.
We use the providers listed in section 4 of our Privacy Policy to run the service, currently including GoHighLevel (LeadConnector) for the client service and Twilio for our demo phone line. Each is bound by its own data protection terms. Before a new provider handles your customers' information, we tell you by email. If you object, you can cancel, and we will help you move your data.
Your customers' information is stored and processed mainly in the United States.
If we confirm that your customers' information has been accessed or disclosed without authorization, we tell you without undue delay, and within 72 hours of confirming it. We share what we know and help you meet any notice obligations you have.
If one of your customers asks to see, correct or delete their information, we help you respond. If a request comes to us directly, we pass it to you.
Ask us before or within 30 days after cancelling and we export your customers' information to you. We delete it within 60 days after the service ends, except where the law requires us to keep it.
On reasonable request, we answer your written questions about how we protect your customers' information and give you the details you need to show you are meeting your own obligations.
On anything about your customers' personal information, this addendum wins.
